Nothing beats a heaping bowl of spaghetti! Complete with grape tomatoes, butter beans and fresh basil.

Tomato Basil Spaghetti
Serves 2
ingredients
12 ounces Jovial brown rice spaghetti
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 (398 mL) can butter beans
1 small red onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 dry pints of grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup basil, roughly chopped
Sea salt and cracked pepper, to taste
Chili flakes, to taste
method
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add red onion, season with salt and pepper; cook for 1 minute
Add tomatoes, garlic and chili flakes, cook for 4 minutes.
Add beans and broth, season with salt and pepper; cook for 7 minutes.
Drain pasta. Stir in pasta and basil; cook until the liquid has evaporated, about 1 minute.
Serve garnished with chili flakes.
