My go-to smoothie for a healthy breakfast or snack made with frozen strawberries, banana, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, collagen and nut butter.



Strawberry Flax Smoothie


Serves 1


ingredients

  • 1.5 cups water/plant-based milk

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons marine collagen

  • Dash of cinnamon


toppings

  • Cacao nibs

  • Frozen strawberries


method

  1. Add smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender; blend until smooth.

  2. Top with cacao nibs and frozen strawberries.
