My go-to smoothie for a healthy breakfast or snack made with frozen strawberries, banana, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, collagen and nut butter.

Strawberry Flax Smoothie
Serves 1
ingredients
1.5 cups water/plant-based milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon nut butter
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons marine collagen
Dash of cinnamon
toppings
Cacao nibs
Frozen strawberries
method
Add smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender; blend until smooth.
Top with cacao nibs and frozen strawberries.
