These flavourful roasted chickpeas make a delicious and healthy protein-packed snack. Enjoy them on their own, or top your salads and bowls for extra crunch!
1 (425 g) can chickpeas, drained/rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Sea salt and cracked pepper, to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine ingredients in a small bowl; make sure chickpeas are evenly coated. Spread chickpeas on a parchment-lined sheet pan; roast for 20 minutes, or until crispy.
Serve warm or cold.
