Roasted Chickpeas

These flavourful roasted chickpeas make a delicious and healthy protein-packed snack. Enjoy them on their own, or top your salads and bowls for extra crunch!



Roasted Chickpeas

ingredients

  • 1 (425 g) can chickpeas, drained/rinsed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos

  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Combine ingredients in a small bowl; make sure chickpeas are evenly coated. Spread chickpeas on a parchment-lined sheet pan; roast for 20 minutes, or until crispy.

  3. Serve warm or cold.
