  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup plant-based milk

  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter

  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup


  • Banana

  • Cacao nibs

  • Natural peanut butter


  • Combine chia pudding ingredients in a high-speed blender; blend until very smooth.

  • Transfer chia pudding to a jar/bowl and top with banana, cacao and peanut butter.
