Choco-cherry Smoothie Bowl

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this chocolate cherry smoothie bowl topped with hemp hearts, cacao nibs, peanut butter, and more cherries. Perfect for a healthy and filling breakfast or snack!



Choco-cherry Smoothie Bowl


Serves 1


INGREDIENTS


  • 3/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 cup frozen dark sweet cherries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 4 tablespoons flaxseed meal

  • 2 tablespoons marine collagen (optional)

  • 2 handfuls baby spinach

  • 1 tablespoon cacao


Toppings


  • Cacao nibs

  • Hemp hearts

  • Frozen cherries

  • Natural peanut butter


METHOD


  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. The mixture should be thick, add more milk if necessary.

  2. Transfer smoothie to a bowl and top with cacao nibs, hemp hearts, frozen cherries and peanut butter.
