Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie
2 cups water
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups baby spinach
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
2 tablespoons collagen (omit for vegan option)
1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
Add smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender; blend until smooth.
Top with hemp hearts and frozen blueberries.
