ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts

  • 2 tablespoons collagen (omit for vegan option)

  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Hemp hearts

  • Frozen blueberries


method

  1. Add smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender; blend until smooth.

  2. Top with hemp hearts and frozen blueberries.
